Che questa fase, a causa di aspetti particolarmente duri, non sia molto positiva lo dimostra la tragedia di Duisburg (la Luna Piena caratterizza proprio le masse e proprio un fenomeno di massa come il Love Party  che ha visto la presenza di oltre un milione di persone né è l'evento più emblematico) ma  in scala ridotta analoga negatività la possiamo notare nel crescendo di eventi violenti che si mostrano sempre di più in questo periodo e che hanno spesso come vittime le donne.

In questa fase troviamo l'ormai consueto quadrato a T con apice Plutone a cui si aggiunge Marte che rafforza la preesistente opposizione Satuno-Giove/Urano. Il periodo si annuncia un po' contrastante, caratterizzato da piccoli slanci di ottimismo a cui fanno seguito rovinose cadute e questo sarà l'andamento soprattutto della Borsa.

Sotto il profilo atmosferico avremo la tendenza a forti venti e a una stagione sostanzialmente più umida ma che ancora mantiene le sue caratteristiche estive.

Aree geografiche particolarmente sensibili sono: Sudan, Russia.

Per quanto riguarda l'Italia questa fase pone l'accento su tasse, denaro pubblico e fondi privati. Si può ipotizzare pertanto la possibilità, da parte dello Stato di ottenere un maggior gettito mediante la tassazione di fondi privati. Possibile anche, in questa ottica una manovra statale che penalizza imprese private come ad esempio la FIAT. Saranno possibili inoltre contestazioni popolari di un certo peso e difficoltà del Governo e in particolare del Presidente del Consiglio.

The fact which this phase is not particularly very positive, due to hard aspects, is demostrated by  the tragedy of Duisburg (the full moon characterizes the masses and just a mass phenomenon as the Love Party which saw the presence of over one million people it's the most emblematic) but, even scaled-down, similar negativity we see in the crescendo of violent events occourring more and more in this period and which have often women as victims.

In this phase we find the usual T-square with Pluto to the top plus Mars that strengthens the pre-existing opposition Satuno-Jupiter/Uranus. The period is announced a bit inconsistent, characterized by small outbursts of optimism followed by catastrophic falls and this will be the trend mainly in Stock Market.

From the weather point of view we'll have the tendency to strong winds and a substantially more wet season but it still keeps its characteristics of summer.

Particularly sensitive geographical areas are: Sudan, Russia.

As regards Italy this phase focuses on taxes, public money and private funds. It can be assumed hence the target of  State to increase revenue through taxation of private funds. It is also possible, in this light, a State politic which penalises private companies such as Fiat. They are possible also popular disputes and difficulties of the Government and in particular of the Prime Minister.
